JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-01-2022 Heard Mr. Uday Shankar Singh, learned advocate for the petitioners; Mr. Tej Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the informant; and learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dariyapur P. S. Case No. 265 of 2020, dated 06.08.2020, instituted for the offences under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58387 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 2/3 Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. discloses that one person was killed whereas another was severely injured.

The learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that 35 persons have been named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners and 10 to 15 unnamed persons also are alleged to have committed the occurrence. Some of the accused persons have been specifically attributed with the weapons of the assault. So far as the petitioners are concerned, except for their being named in the F.I.R., there are no other accusation against them.

The learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with
