2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 161/2020 (S.Tr. No. 81/2025) dated 02.12.2020 registered for the offences punishable u/s 387, 506, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 14, 16, 18, 20 and 40 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 12-15 unknown persons variously armed came to the construction site and threatened the informant and other staff and they demanded levy from them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47865 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statement of the co-accused person, Ajay Kumar Singh. The other co-accused person has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 36637/2023. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sixteen criminal antecedents and he is on bail in nine cases and he is acquitted in seven cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2022.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 161/2020 (S.Tr. No. 81/2025) with the condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47865 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 3/3 failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled. (i). If the petitioner is found involved in similar nature of offence in the future, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
