Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that except the confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur G.R.P. (Rail) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014.
