The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 384, 307 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 27/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. present at Annexure-1 submits that although the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but the specific allegation is directed against one Jhoru while the petitioner is stated to have accompanied the accused. He fairly submits that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegations, let the petitioner namely,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5168 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 Dulal in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S.
