The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pasraha P.S.Case No. 62 of 2017 registered under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the assessment of age of the victim to be 18 years made by the learned Magistrate, who recorded her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the statement made by the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46072 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 2nd, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S.Case No. 62 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
