The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No. 685/14/Tr No. 114 of 2014 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014. From the possession of the petitioner three pistols were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 02.01.2014 that is for thirteen months and the trial is yet to be concluded.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for 13 months and the trial has not yet been concluded, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc

No. 114 of 2014, subject to the condition that one of the bail shall be brother of the petitioner and the petitioner shall appear in the trial on each and every date fixed by the trial court.
