JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One co-accused Samir Kumar was arrested who disclosed that he had sold stolen motorcycle to Sahabuddin and the aforesaid motorcycle has been given to him by one J.P. and on the basis of the aforesaid statement, petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No.304 of 2013.
