The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in nutshell is that at the instance of petitioner, one country made pistol, live cartridge and other incriminating articles were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also

It is further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to his previous criminal antecedents. He has no concern with the seized incriminating articles and the incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of co-accused Chandan Mahto.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
