The petitioner is in jail custody since 27.11.2012 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian penal Code.
Taking into consideration that the petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Patepur P.S.Case no. 165/2012, S.Tr. No. 227/2013/171/2014 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Vaishali at Hajipur, stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) singh/- U T
