The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.122 of 2017 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and one Hazra Begum whose statement has been recorded in paragraph-9 of the case diary stated before the police that the victim was never subjected to cruelty for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and she committed suicide after locking herself inside the room and the fact was reported to the Maike people and the police, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51920 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran, Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.122 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
