The petitioner is in jail custody since 01.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and admittedly the deceased died within seven years of her marriage in mysterious circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Paroo P.S.Case no.35 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, stands rejected.
