For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ranjit Kumar Yadav, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. M. Haque, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bithan case No.39 of 2014 arising out of Sessions Trial No.368 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur.
In view of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur that the trial is at its fag end, I see no reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
