2. Ms. Pallavi Lala, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that in pursuant to the order of this Court, a counter affidavit has been filed with a clear averment that on receipt of the letter from the college, the University has updated the marksheet and the certificate on its website portal on 19.11.2025. The aforesaid information has also been given to the college and the students.
3. Reiterating the aforesaid facts, learned Advocate for the petitioner thus, submitted that now the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
4. Learned Advocate for the University and and State have admitted the aforesaid position.

5. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
Re: C.W.J.C. No. 678 of 2026 Learned Advocate for the respective parties are present.
2. On the last occassion, when the matter was taken up on 02.02.2026, this Court was apprised that an identical matter of one Moni Kumari, whose final result for B.Ed Course was also not published, has approached this Court in CWJC NO. 13246 of 2025, wherein the Court has directed to the respondent University and the college to look into the matter and file a counter affidavit and issue certificate in favour of the petitioner, if there is no legal or administrative impediment otherwise.
3. Today, this Court has been informed that the grievance of the Moni Kumari has been redressed and, in her case, the marksheet and the provisional certificate have been uploaded, but no action has been taken in the case of the petitioner.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts that the order was passed on 02.02.2026, but till date no counter affidavit has been filed.

5. As a last indulgence, two week's further time is allowed to the respondent nos. 5 to 8 to ensure compliance of the order of this Court dated 02.02.2026, failing which this Court would be constrained to pass appropriate order against the erring authorities, whosoever shall be found at fault.
