Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is indecisiveness of the respondents in the matter of compassionate appointment of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the application in prescribed format along with the relevant records was submitted for consideration of the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, but the respondents are sitting tight over the matter. He submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to take final decision on the claim of the petitioner for
Patna High Court CWJC No.8429 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 compassionate appointment.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to take final decision, if not already taken, within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
