JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing that part of the office order dated 02.07.2010, issued by the B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur whereby and whereunder the date of absorption of the petitioner in the services of the University has been shifted to 28.02.1982 whereas he has been working in the services of the University w.e.f. 06.07.1976.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to Annexure-24 of the writ petition whereby and whereunder the petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the Director, Higher Education, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna with regard to redressal of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.5320 of 2013(5) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 aforesaid grievances in terms of the various orders passed by this Court from time to time as also by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Director, Higher Education, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation, annexing all the documents and judgments passed by this Court and the Hon'ble Apex Court in support of his case within a period of four weeks from today which shall be considered by the Director, High Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and the case of the petitioner shall be decided finally within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a reasoned and speaking order.
