The petitioner seeks bail in Kothi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code an Section 3(x) of the SC/ST Act.
The informant alleged that he gave Rs. 14,000/- for purchase the land to Ramji Yadav, Tetar Yadav, Mandal Yadav and Santosh Yadav but the accused persons did not execute the sale deed. The informant went to complain, the accused persons assaulted him with fists and slaps and abused him by naming his castes.
It appears that the dispute is with regard to execution of sale deed and for that the petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.896 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N. Pal Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014.
