JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have been apprehended along with three others, when they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and on search, one live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner No. 1 whereas; one loaded country-made Katta was recovered from possession of petitioner No. 2. Petitioners are in jail custody since 10-11-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015 to the
