After waiving of the defects pointed by office and while granting leave to the learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the number of the writ petition as occurring in paragraph 1 of the modification application during the course of the day, we take up the matter for consideration on merits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out a typographical error in so far as the number of P.S. Case is concerned as occurring in paragraph 2 at page 1 of our order dated 26.04.2019 passed in CWJC No.23093 of 2018 which reads as 'Sindhwara (Singhwara) P.S. Case No.17/2018' in place of 'Sindhwara

Patna High Court MJC No.2598 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 (Singhwara) P.S. Case No.171/2018'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting to the error present in the writ petition itself, seeks leave of the Court to correct the number of the P.S. Case as occurring in the writ petition also prays for consequential modification in the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in CWJC No.23093 of 2018.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and while granting leave to the learned counsel for the petitioner to make correction in paragraph 1 and other places of the writ petition in so far as the number of P.S. Case is concerned, we modify our order dated 26.04.2019 passed in CWJC No.23093 of 2018 in so far as the number of P.S. Case occurring in paragraph 2 at page 1 is concerned to read as 'Sindhwara (Singhwara) P.S. Case No.171/2018' in place of 'Sindhwara (Singhwara) P.S. Case No.17/2018' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The modification application is allowed.
