This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 414 of the Penal Code.

It is submitted that on the statement of the co-accused the name of the petitioner finds place as he has disclosed that he is taking the articles from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 29.09.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 423 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
