2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120(B) of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62349 of 2022.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is contradiction in the statement of cross-examination of eye-witnesses including the informant and the same creates a reasonable doubt towards the involvement of the petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51425 of 2023(4) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 the present case.

4. Stage of trial has been received. It appears that altogether eight witnesses were charge-sheeted amongst whom, seven have been examined. It is expected that the trial shall be concluded in near future.

5. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months.
