2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted one Shatrudhan Kumar with daab. Doctor has found the injuries grievous in nature.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is further submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedents and he is in custody since 19.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 380 of 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
