The petitioners have moved the Court for a direction to the respondents to give them further time to get online enrolment done and also for not cancelling their licences.

Today, learned counsel submits that they have filed petition before the respondent no. 2 praying for such relief, which has still not been disposed off. It is submitted that a direction may be given to the concerned officer to consider and dispose off the same by a reasoned order within a fixed time frame.

Learned counsel for the State does not object for such a direction.

Having considered the aforesaid position, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose off the representations filed by the petitioners, as contained in Annexure-2 series, with regard to the grievance raised in the writ petition.
