JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 28.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after one and half years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. However the petitioner will be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail, if the trial will not be concluded within a period of one year.

It is expected from the learned Court below to expedite the trial.

Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Rahui(Bhagan Bigha) P.S. Case No. 291 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2278 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biharsharif at Nalanda.
