JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested on the accusation that she having enticed the informant's minor daughter took her away from the legal guardianship of the informant but fortunately, she was caught by the informant and other villagers. The investigation of this case has already been completed and petitioner is in jail custody since long.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
