The petitioner who is in custody since 05.03.2019 has filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 663 of 2018 (District East Champaran) registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian penal Code.

As per the allegation in the FIR, two accused persons on a motorcycle are alleged to have been looted the informant and dispossessed him of his two mobile hand sets, a purse containing Rs. 10,000/- and the informant's motorcycle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46968 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 investigation on the confessional statement of one Ravi Raj made before the police. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade and he is in custody since 05.03.2019. The application for bail has been opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade, he is in custody since 05.03.2019 and the investigation in the case has already concluded with submission of charge sheet, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 663 of 2018 (District East Champaran).
