Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Ramrati Devi named ten persons in the first information report but made specific allegation that Shyam Sundar Thakur assaulted her husband Ramautar Thakur. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. On the other hand learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
