In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 256 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 366A r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

An allegation has been made by the Informant that the petitioner has taken away the his daughter on motorcycle and shown his apprehension for either to enter into marriage or to engage her in a wrong work The state of the victim girl under Section 164 I.P.C. shows that she was always tortured by her step mother and she had gone with the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6312 of 2016 (2) dt.26-02-2016 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Farooq Mian, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, Betia, West Champaran in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 256 of 2015 (S.G.R. No. 54 of 2015).
