Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20(b)(III)(c), 22 (C), 23(c), 29(I) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation is recovery of 178.160 kg. of cannabis (ganja) from a container which was being boarded by the accused persons including the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be cleaner of the aforesaid container from which said Ganja was recovered.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and huge recovery of Ganja, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is
