2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.10933 of 2023(4) dt.09-03-2026 2/3 "(i) to direct to the respondent authorities especially to Circle Officer, Goraul with respect to mutation of petitioner's land bearing Khata No. 35, Khesra No. 993, 994, 2298 and 1000 under Mauza Vishunpur Bande for which the respondent no. 08 has illegally sold to respondent no. 09 and 10.

(ii) to direct the respondents authorities to take appropriate action against Respondent No. 08 who has illegally sold the land of petitioner.

(iii) to cancel the mutation if it has been done in favour of Respondent No. 09 and 10 to cancel the registered deed dated 20.10.2021.

(iv) for any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is entitled for."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur (respondent no.3) in next eight weeks for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent in in next eight weeks, who shall after noticing the parties shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
