The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 251 of 2024 dated 06.05.2024, registered under Sections 376, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and u/s 4 of the POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the Manager/owner of a hotel in which the informant husband and a minor girl were found in a room. It has been alleged that without proper documentation, the informant's husband was given a room to stay in the hotel. It appears that the petitioner is the Manager of the hotel where prostitution was going on.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.05.2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S.
