12.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014 registered under Sections 376, 511 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Rajiv Kumar Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna (or its successor).

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of the serious nature of offence.
