2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with L.N.M.U P.S Case No. 211 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with various co-accused persons came with lathi danda and assaulted the informant and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case, two coaccused have already granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18263 of 2024. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50153 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and case diary, it appears that there is no specific allegation of any assault or overt act against the petitioner rather general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including these petitioners.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M Darbhanga / Competent Jurisdiction in connection with L.N.M.U P.S Case No. 211 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
