16.01.2015 Supplementary-Affidavit filed today on behalf of the Petitioner be kept on record.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014 registered under Sections 376, 323, 504, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/11 (V) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act pending before the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Katihar.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1393 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Katihar, and the Superintendent of Police, Katihar is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
