The petitioner seeks bail in Trial No. 82 of 2013, arising out of Kangali P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 and N.D.P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 23, 22, 24, 23(A), 27(A) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner was apprehended with two packets containing 2.5 kgs. each. Total 5 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail since 27.10.2013. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as has been stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that small

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1524 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 quantity of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that he has remained in jail for 1 year and 3 months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trail No. 82 of 2013, arising out of Kangali P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 and N.D.P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013.
