JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 08.01.2020 (sic) 08.01.2021 and signed on 18.02.2021 passed in Aanganwari Appeal Case No. 14/2019 by the learned Collector and District Magistrate Lakhisarai affirming the order dated 14.05.2019 passed in Public Grievance Case No. 30/2018 contained in Memo No. 686 by which

Patna High Court CWJC No.17263 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 the District Programme Officer, Lakhisarai set aside the selection and appointment of the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika and directed the C.D.P.O. Suryagarha to issue selection letter in favour of the respondent No.-5 as well as in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on her previous post of Aanganbari Sevika with all consequential benefits."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
