That this writ application is being file in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 05.07.2021, passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya in Aganwari Appeal No.

13/2018 and order dated 29.06.2018 passed by District Program officer, Gaya, by which and where under the appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed and confirming the order dated 29.06.2018 passed by District Program officer (ICDS), Gaya in case no. 23/2018 and for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17243 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authority to restore the selection of the petitioner as Aganwari Sevika to her original place and for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions as your lordships may deem fit and proper."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
