The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that petitioner along with her husband had entered into discussion with the victim and they were chastising the victim for his sexual assault upon her daughter. Later on, the victim was caught by various persons pushed him to the room where other accused persons assaulted and ultimately the victim succumbed to the injuries. Petitioner is a lady. There is no allegation of physical assault to the victim against the petitioner and so much so she is in custody since 15.5.2014.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let
