JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation of gang rape against the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant wanted to solemnize her marriage with co-accused, Arvind @ Raj with whom she was in love and when Arvind @ Raj refused to solemnize his marriage with informant, the present case was lodged with false and concocted story. Although, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to convince me but I am not, at all, convinced with the aforesaid submissions and taking note of this fact that petitioner and coaccused are said to have committed rape on a minor girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahila Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 58 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2028 of 2016 (3) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad stands rejected.
