2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64860 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
