The accusation against petitioners is that they were caught red handed by the villagers while they were cutting bridge and after that, police came and seized some iron angle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioners are in jail custody since 08-11-2014 without having any criminal antecedent except the present case, let the petitioners, named above be released on bail Accordingly the petitioner namedabove, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raghopur P.S.
