Petitioner, is in jail custody since 28.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.09.2015 without having any criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5608 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015.
