The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 407/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was assigned task of loading cash in different ATMs, but he did not load the same and left the job since 05.07.2019. Petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit disclosing the fact that he continued with his job till 10.07.2019 on which date he had received money for loading on the ATMs and he had loaded the same. Petitioner is in custody since last more than one year.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner after completion of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3290 of 2021(6) dt.24-09-2021 2/2 investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
