2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have caused fire-arm injuries to the victim/s.

4. The petitioners have criminal antecedent also and they are in jail since 1.3.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
