The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mufassil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No.329 of 2017, registered under Sections 341/323/379/504/354(A)/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute, false allegation of outraging the modesty and theft is made by the informant and the petitioners are covillagers. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent except one complaint case of theft filed against them but there is no antecedent against petitioner no.3.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53134 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2 /2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mufassil (Singhaul) P.S.
