By order dated 07.04.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.12726 of 2020, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, but he could not surrender due to pandemic of COVID-19. Thereafter the petitioner filed modification application being Cr. Misc. No.37470 of 2021 for extension of time. By order dated 04.08.2021, four weeks further time was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, but again he could not surrender. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant further time to the petitioner to surrender
