The petitioner Chandrika Rai seeks bail in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The informant-wife made allegation against the petitioner-husband and other in-laws that they subjected her to physical and mental torture and her husband drove her out from the house.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 11.10.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1325 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014.
