JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 28-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant and lit the dead body on fire by sprinkling petrol.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased and she had no concern with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49339 of 2023(3) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 day-do-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. The petitioner lives separately from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.04.2023.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2023.
