Petitioner has filed present writ application for two reliefs, firstly that he is entitled to grant of two advance increment on account of acquiring Ph.D. degree, secondly, that he is entitled to payment of difference of arrears of salary i.e. D.A., H.R.A. and Medical Allowances for the period of 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of Annexure-3 and Annexure-6 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order and thereafter, ensure payment of monitory benefit within a further period of 30 days. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
