The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 3,4,5 of Immoral Traffic Act, section 3/4 of R.P.(U.P.) Act and section 5 of Bihar Money Lending Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner being retired Sub-Inspector of Police running a brothel.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation was levelled when raid was laid in railway quarter when after investigation charge-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2056 of 2015 (02) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 sheet has not been submitted under Section 3/4 of R.P.(U.P.) Act and co-accused Manoj Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50202 of 2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014.
