In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the first information report, allegation has been made that the victim was forcibly taken away by the accused person for the purposes of marriage. The statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. itself shows that the victim had gone voluntarily along with accused person, remained with him for 16 days and returned thereafter.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his
